I'm a Non-Diet Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who is passionate about helping others develop a peaceful relationship with food and their body. My practice provides support with eating disorder recovery, disordered eating, chronic dieting, digestive issues, and offers a non-diet approach with the management of chronic health conditions.
