Courtney Saylors, MS, RD, CD, CEDS-S, LMHC (she/her) Bio:

Courtney Saylors (she/her) is a registered dietitian and licensed mental health therapist in Washington state. Courtney has over 10 years of eating disorder experience at every level of care working as a therapist, dietitian, manager, intern preceptor, and site director. Within the past year, she has opened her private practice where she continues to support folks in their efforts to put their eating disorder out of a job, heal disordered eating patterns, and move towards peace in their relationships with food, mind, and body. Her dual licensure gives her a unique perspective in navigating complex co- occuring mental and physical health diagnoses. Whether the client’s goal is harm reduction, full recovery, or something else, Courtney meets folks where they’re at with empathy and non-judgment. She incorporates behavioral and values based approaches like DBT, CBT, and motivational interviewing with Health At Every Size®, Intuitive Eating, and Body Trust® frameworks. In addition to individual work with clients, Courtney offers supervision and consultation for other dietitians, therapists, and health professionals pursuing iaedp certification and/or seeking their own support as they learn and grow in this field.
