Sara Szatkowski, RDN, RYT-200 (she/her) Bio:

Sara Szatkowski RDN, RYT-200 (she/her) is a Registered Dietitian from Metro-Detroit Michigan. She has experience working in the hospital, in outpatient care management, in a gastroenterology clinic, and in a private eating disorder practice. Sara currently works at Alo Nutrition, a private practice of dietitians striving for more accessible care for eating disorders and disordered eating utilizing a non-diet approach. Sara is passionate about weight-inclusive approaches for all and helping people improve their relationship with food. She also has a specific interest in helping those with co-occurring gastrointestinal and eating disorders in a non-diet, holistic wellness-based approach.
