She played a key role in launching and developing the UTHealth Houston Center for Eating Disorders PHP and IOP\, contributing to program development and expanding access to evidence-based\, FBT-informed care. She is experienced in supporting families through nutrition rehabilitation with an emphasis on collaboration\, flexibility\, and empowering caregivers as central to recovery. Sarah recently transitioned to a role as a dietitian with Equip Health\, where she continues supporting adolescents\, young adults\, and families navigating eating disorders. She also owns a small private practice\, A Thought on Your Plate\, LLC\, where she offers a limited number of nutrition sessions and supervision for dietitians.
