All members are welcome to submit a case and join us for the discussion hour. \n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJulia Cassidy\, MS\, RDN\, CEDS-C\, CIEC Bio:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJulia Cassidy\, MS\, RDN\, CEDS-C\, CIEC\, is a seasoned dietitian with over 20 years of experience in weight- and nutrition-inclusive care within the behavioral health community. She currently works at Nourish and has held leadership roles\, including Vice President of Clinical Nutrition and Senior Director of Nutrition and Wellness. Julia is certified in Nutrition Psychiatry and is a Licensed Body Positive facilitator\, with a clinical focus on eating disorders\, mental health\, and intuitive eating. She has served on the Behavioral Health Nutrition (BHN) board for six years and was the Nutrition SIG Co-chair for the Academy for Eating Disorders (AED) from 2016 to 2018. Julia earned her B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics from California State University\, Long Beach\, and her M.S. in Exercise Science from California University of Pennsylvania. She is a national and international speaker\, known for her work integrating nutrition psychiatry\, intuitive eating\, and exposure-based approaches into eating disorder treatment\, and is passionate about helping individuals heal their relationship with food and their bodies through compassionate\, inclusive care.
