Laura Thomas, PhD, RNutr, is a Registered Nutritionist based in London, UK where she specialises on helping people recover from disordered eating through Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size, and non-diet nutrition. She has a BSc in Health Sciences (Health and Nutrition) from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland, a PhD in Nutritional Sciences from Texas A&M university, and she completed her post-doctoral work at Cornell University in community nutrition. Her post-graduate work focussed on psychosocial determinants of behaviour change and behaviour change theory. Laura is host of the podcast ‘Don’t Salt My Game’, and runs the online intuitive eating course, ‘Food Fight’ alongside her private practice. She was the nutritionist for the BBC1 documentary ‘Mind Over Marathon’ and regularly speaks in the media and is active in training other nutrition professionals in the non-diet paradigm.
