Amie Guice, MAEd, RD, LD, CEDRD
Amie is a registered dietitian and nutrition therapist who provides virtual outpatient nutrition counseling for adults 18 and older who want to find peace with food and their bodies. Amie specializes in treating eating disorders (specifically anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and other specified feeding or eating disorder) and disordered eating. She uses a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach to nutrition therapy, and she approaches this work with compassion, grace, and understanding for her clients. Amie believes her clients to be so much more than their "food problem," and it is her greatest joy to get to know her clients' perspectives, hopes, values, and goals. She welcomes clients of all races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, sizes, and abilities. Amie believes that all foods fit in to a healthy diet and lifestyle, and she teaches principles of Intuitive Eating. Amie wants to be your resource for evidenced-based information that helps normalize and simplify food and eating. She wants to help you work with (and not against) your body to improve your physical and mental well-being.
