Ivory Loh (MPH, RDN, cPT) is a weight-inclusive Registered Dietitian and certified Personal Trainer, who is passionate about supporting people in developing a nourishing relationship with food, movement, and their bodies. She currently works in Seattle, WA in her own private practice specializing in outpatient nutrition care for disordered eating and eating disorders and providing weight- and culturally-inclusive medical nutrition therapy for chronic disease prevention and management.

As a weight-inclusive dietitian, Ivory strives to offer an inclusive space for folks to courageously explore patterns and origins of their disordered eating and exercise, as well as recover from body shame. She believes that our culture oppresses marginalized identities, elevates one’s worth based on appearance and productivity, and capitalizes on our rejection of body trust and intuition. Her work centers on collaborating with those who are ready for a new solution – one that allows them to make peace with food, movement, and your body and reclaim pleasure and trust with their bodies. Ivory’s approach to nutrition therapy is nonjudgmental, compassion-focused, and very relational. Her therapeutic approach is most significantly informed by Internal Family Systems, Body Trust®, Health-at-Every-Size® Principles, Intuitive Eating® , and Polyvagal Theory.
As a weight-neutral Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, Ivory is also passionate about supporting folks to reconnect with their bodies through intuitive and playful movement. She works with individuals virtually and in-person in Seattle, WA.

Finally, Ivory identifies as a “Third Culture Kid”- born in Malaysia, raised in Shanghai, China, and Singaporean by nationality. Her current home is in Seattle, WA. Because of her upbringing, Ivory is passionate about working with folks who carry multiple cultural identities and/or are impacted by immigration. She sees food as a core part of our experience and expression of culture. As an Asian dietitian, she especially loves supporting Asians and Pacific Islanders clients, who often experience mixed cultural messages about food and bodies. Ivory also specializes in working with teens and young adults and embraces a FBT-informed approach to care that centers the adolescent’s agency and voice within their care process, while working closely with their guardians and care team.

Her podcast, the Potluck Club Podcast, can be found on Spotify and Apple Podcasts.

With an intersectional approach, Rosie develops and leads programs that empower individuals to embrace diverse foods and advance health equity. Her work spans public health, where she collaborates with organizations to address systemic barriers to nutrition and advocate for policies that support food justice. Taylor Wolfram, MS, RDN, LDN, (she/her/hers) is the owner of a weight-inclusive nutrition therapy practice. She is a Certified Befriending Your Body Teacher and works with adults who are interested in ditching the diet mentality, reconnecting with their bodies, and learning to trust their inner wisdom.
