Andersons Nutrition- Nourish

What is the Nourish Program?

Nourish is our specialized program designed for individuals who are struggling with eating disorders and/or disordered eating behaviors. Our Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) have extensive training, understanding, and knowledge to provide a welcoming and warm environment, and a treatment plan that leads to freedom.

The program includes:
-Weekly one-on-one private sessions, either in-person or by telehealth
-Biweekly support group (optional)
-Collaboration with other healthcare providers (Primary Care Physicians, therapists, psychiatrists, etc.)
-Support materials

Who is Nourish for?

The Nourish Program is open to anyone seeking to improve their relationship with food. You may have a diagnosed eating disorder, or may be seeking to prevent one.

Not sure if Nourish is right for you? Ask yourself the following questions:

- Are you concerned about your relationship with food?

- Do you have a poor body image?

- Does food make you feel anxious or out of control?

- Have you been on multiple diets or weight loss pursuits and feel trapped in this cycle?

- Are you ready to quit dieting and pursue evidence-based intuitive eating?

If you answered “yes” to any of the above questions, you may benefit from our Nourish program.

How we help

At Anderson’s Nutrition, our Nourish dietitians specialize in eating disorders, are Health At Every Size® (HAES) aligned, and their nutrition philosophies are rooted in intuitive eating. We have a warm and compassionate approach that makes the process enjoyable.

Our goal is to help you heal your relationship with food and your body. Our clients work towards food freedom and overall-well being through an individualized, non-diet approach led by our Registered Dietitians.

Goal Setting
Our trained and experienced dietitians will work with you to create a realistic and customized plan. We set goals, establish a treatment team, and work together to fight your eating disorder. We help normalize your relationship with food, your body, and movement.

Counseling
Behavior change can be hard! That is why our dietitians are trained in behavior-change counseling. We will help you identify barriers and create realistic strategies so you can overcome challenges, and reach your goals.
