Hello! I’m Anna and I am a non-diet RD! My ultimate goal is to help you heal your relationship with food and your body so that you can gain back the power to live life to its fullest.
Using a weight-inclusive/evidence-based lens and personalized, non-diet approach, I offer treatment for Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating, ARFID, OSFED, and disordered eating.
Through individual virtual counseling, I provide a warm, non-judgmental space to explore your lived experience and address disordered eating, body image, and eating disorders. I will help you learn how to nourish your body in a way that works best for you and ditch the restrictive and compulsive mindset.
