Courtney Saylors Nutrition and Therapy

I'm a dietitian who's not going to tell you what or how much to eat, but also someone who doesn't get squirmy when emotions come up and will work with you to repair your relationship with food and your body - AND - I'm a therapist who understands that you are a complex human being, who's mental, emotional, and spiritual health is just as important as your physical health and they all intersect.

Whether you work with me as your dietitian or your therapist, you're getting support from someone who will meet you where you're at, without judgment or shaming. Someone who is rooted in the belief that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Someone who gets that often, food isn't just food, and that how we care for our physical selves often comes at the price of our mental, emotional, and physical well being.

For the last 10 years I've worked in a therapist and/or dietitian capacity with every level of care including out patient, intensive outpative programs (IOP), partial-hospitalization programs (PHP), and residential treatment.

I have experience supporting adult (18+) and older adolescent (14-17) clients struggling with a wide variety of disordered eating patterns and eating disorder diagnoses.
Beyond my work with clients, I love supporting the folks who facilitate healing in this field. Whether you're new to eating disorders or deep in your life's calling, this is challenging, rewarding work and the learning never ends. I want to help you navigate complex clients, burn out, resources, referrals, and anything else you are wanting support with.
