Erica Leon Nutrition & Associates

Erica is the owner of Erica Leon Nutrition. She and her team work with clients struggling with disordered eating/eating disorders in Westchester County/White Plains, New York, and thanks to Telehealth, they are able to expand their reach across the country. We are licensed in many states and can work virtually with clients from our offices in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, as well as: Alabama, California, Florida, Iowa, Minnesota, Texas, Vermont, and Wisconsin. At Erica Leon Nutrition & Associates, all of our dietitians take a non-diet approach, individualize your nutritional needs and focus on your overall health and well-being. We believe that difficult relationships with food and body image are barriers to people living life fully. We are passionate about helping our clients develop a positive relationship with food and body image through a weight-inclusive, individualized approach.
