Sanders Nutrition specializes in treatment for chronic dieting, disordered eating & eating disorders.
I offer evidenced-based, weight-inclusive, compassion-focused nutrition counseling. My goal is to provide you with a supportive and non-judgmental space to discuss your nutrition and body concerns.
Our work will always be collaborative. It might include meal planning/support, intuitive eating, exposures, nutrition education, or something else. Clients who work with me receive respectful care, personalized recommendations, collaboration with your family or healthcare team, a flexible approach, body image work, and recommendations for further connection.
I am able to serve clients aged 13+ in person in Tallahassee, Florida and virtually throughout FL, NC, PA, MD, VA, AZ, CO, NJ, CT & CA!
