INSPIRD Nutrition & Mental Health Counseling

We are a team of HAES®-aligned, weight-inclusive clinicians who work 1:1 with people who want to heal from disordered eating and find a more sustainable way to care for themselves that prioritizes both their mental and physical well-being. Our practice supports people in finding a place where their body naturally feels most safe, nourished, and cared for — regardless of weight, body size, or (the very arbitrary measurement of) BMI. This means that we do not prescribe intentional weight loss, but rather focus on caring and nourishing behaviors that promote well-being at any size.
