Jennie Zabinsky, MAEd RD

Hi! I’m Jennie Zabinsky-a non-diet Registered Dietitian specializing in Sports Nutrition & Eating Disorders. I help clients reach their health and performance goals while improving their relationship with food, movement, and body.  My practice is weight inclusive- which means I prioritize behaviors and relationship to food over weight and numbers.

Eating shouldn’t be restrictive or stressful. It’s time to find joy in eating again, create head space for other important things in your life, and do it all without compromising your health or performance. I look forward to working with you!
