Jessica Martinez is a Registered Dietitian, providing outpatient nutrition care, specializing in disordered eating and addiction.
Jessica began her career working at the partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient levels. Since then, she has had extensive experience in the treatment of eating disorders from all levels of care; residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient settings.
Jessica is passionate about supporting clients in their journey to food freedom and is sensitive to the reality that recovery looks different for each individual. Jessica practices from a Health at Every Size® (HAES®) approach and aims to help clients not only heal their relationship with food, but also learn to treat their bodies with respect and compassion.
