Description
Kate Albarella is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor with over 10 years experience. Additionally, Kate is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. Kate works with Bloom Counseling & Co., which offers mental health counseling and nutrition therapy to those struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image.
Kate is dedicated to walking alongside each client she works with, tailoring treatment to each individual's needs and preferences. She takes a relational approach and believes deeply and passionately about Health at Every Size®, gender inclusivity, weight inclusivity, and Intuitive Eating. In addition to working towards educating her clients and families about these topics, she works to educate her community about these principles.
