Description
I am a Registered Dietitian located in MA. My work has continued to evolve and is now deeply rooted in helping individuals establish a connection with their bodies—working on their relationship with food, movement, and their bodies in an interconnected way. I hold a Master of Science in Food and Nutrition with a concentration in the Coordinated Program in Dietetics from Framingham State University, a Master of Philosophy in International Peace Studies from Trinity College Dublin, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Stonehill College. I previously served as the lead Clinical Dietitian at McLean Hospital’s Klarman Eating Disorders Center. Currently, in addition to private practice, I am a per diem Clinical Dietitian at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital and am involved in the CNC360 Home Based Meal Support Program. I believe that ”all foods fit” in a balanced diet and want to help you explore your relationship with food and your body. I work within a weight-inclusive, Health at Every Size®, Intuitive Eating Framework and am a Fat Positive dietitian. I feel strongly that I always have more to learn from colleagues and clients and my work continues to evolve. I strive to practice in a way that is inclusive of all people and deeply rooted in understanding the impact of stigma on an individual’s mental and physical health. I specialize in working with individuals with Eating Disorders as well as pre-natal and post-partum clients. I also have interests in digestive disorders, the parent-child feeding relationship, and ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder).
