Kelsey Russell, RDN, LD

Kelsey is passionate about partnering with individuals to restore their relationship with food and believes that every person has the capacity to regain confidence in the eating process.  A proponent of intuitive eating and evidenced-based, non-diet approaches, Kelsey has experience working with individuals with disordered eating including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and binge eating disorder, as well as providing weight-neutral medical nutritional therapy for diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, and gastrointestinal issues.  Kelsey believes there are many ways to measure health and is dedicated to helping clients draw on their own experience in finding what supports their mental and physical well-being.

As a registered and licensed dietitian nutritionist (RDN), she graduated summa cum laude from Bradley University in Peoria, IL with her degree in Dietetics and went on to complete her dietetic internship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School, in Boston, MA.  Since becoming a RDN, Kelsey has worked in outpatient nutrition at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center as well as in several corporate wellness programs, serving patients of all ages.  She currently works at Providers for Healthy Living- a private psychiatric practice in central Ohio focused on helping clients achieve and maintain mental health stability.
