A full-body approach addresses the whole person. Health and well-being are not isolated to one area of the body. Many things must come together including appropriate amounts of sleep, eating for your needs, stress reduction, positive self-esteem, and physical activity.
I can help you make sense of the science related to nutrition, and help you with your journey to better health. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a licensed medical professional, I can work with you to meet your health goals using evidence-based scientific recommendations.
