Nutrition Instincts Group Practice

Nutrition Instincts is a small group nutrition practice of registered dietitians who are committed to providing weight inclusive care that is highly personalized. We specialize in: eating disorders, intuitive eating, ARFID, family feeding, diabetes (type 1, type 2 and gestational) and maternal body image and nutrition.

Due to COVID-19, we are 100% virtual but do have an office in San Diego, CA. We will see clients out of state depending on licensure laws in the state where the client resides. We are in-network with Health Net and are able to take single case agreements and assist with billing for certain out of network plans depending on benefits and coverage (i.e. Blue Shield of CA, Aetna, Cigna).
