Mia provides 1:1 Medical Nutrition therapy to manage and prevent chronic disease utilizing a weight inclusive framework.  Mia also focuses on helping folks heal their relationships with food and their bodies, as well as ending the cycle of chronic dieting, disordered eating, and helping those with Eating Disorders continue their recovery in outpatient counseling.

Mia also provides Intuitive Eating Group Programs, Intuitive Eating Workshops, Nutrition Presentations and events.

Olive Branch Nutrition accepts BCBS, UHC, Cigna and Medicare Part B.  Mia is licensed in Illinois and Florida and provides telehealth in both of these states.
