Our radical perspective of health and nutrition includes a non-diet and intuitive approach that will help you learn to nourish your mind, body, and soul in a way that feels right for you. We want to help you break free from diet-culture and explore radical acceptance and compassion.

Services we Offer:

  • Virtual Individual Nutrition Counseling/Medical Nutrition Therapy for both teens and adults

  • Outpatient eating disorder treatment including, but not limited to, Anorexia, Bulimia, Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorder/Atypical Anorexia, ARFID, and Binge Eating Disorder

  • Healing of chaotic eating patterns and never-ending diet cycling

  • In-depth education on intuitive eating, mindfulness, and health at every size

  • Healing of unhealthy relationships with food, body image, and exercise

  • Evidence-based treatment and nutrition psychoeducation
