I have 15 years of experience as a dietitian working with adults with eating disorders & disordered eating. Ultimately, my hope is that food and body image take up less space in the lives of my clients so that they are able to invest more wholly and authentically in the relationships and activities that are meaningful to them.

I enjoy coaching people to find more satisfaction and joy in their eating and wellness decisions.
