I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and I offer individual nutrition counseling for adults (18 years or older) to help cultivate a healthful relationship with food. I’m passionate about fighting back against diet culture and supporting my clients with nourishing their whole selves. I take a Health at Every Size® approach and welcome ALL bodies in my practice.
