Truce Nutrition LLC is a small nutrition counseling practice located in North NJ (virtual and in person) started by Hilary Raciti, MS, RDN, CDN. At Truce Nutrition we emphasize feeding both the brain and the body while keeping medical conditions and health goals in mind.  We do not believe in the term "junk food"- all food has a purpose and we will help you scope out its stance in your life.  Yes changes may be made, but only on your terms.  Truce Nutrition focuses on health promoting behaviors without a sole emphasis on weight or size. In accordance with the HAES (Health at Every Size) approach- Each individual does have the ability to find their optimal physical and emotional health independent of their weight. We are in network with main insurance companies including BCBS, Aetna, and Cigna.
