I am an anti-diet and weight-inclusive Registered Dietitian, Therapist, and Body Trust Provider. I offer telehealth sessions (based out of Seattle, Washington) and online group programs for clients 17 years +, with disordered eating, ADHD, autoimmune conditions, and/or a history of chronic dieting. My goal is to help clients establish a compassionate and trusting relationship with food and their body and to support them in their journey towards value-centered living.

I also provide consultation and supervision for providers wanting support around offering neurodivergent informed care in their practice/business.
