Faith Serna

Hello/Hola, Ya’ll! Im Faith (She/Her), a Texas-based registered and licensed dietitian. I earned my Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and Foods from Texas State University and a Master’s in Applied Nutrition from Southeast Missouri University. My experience is in gerontological nutrition, working with clients to meet their goals in managing and preventing various chronic conditions. I enjoy supporting clients to find accessible ways to meet their health goals without giving up the foods they love.

Jaclyn Wrase, MS, RD

Jaclyn Wrase, MS, RD (she/her) is a Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorder treatment through a client-centered, trauma-informed lens. Her work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration—creating space for clients to feel safe, heard, and empowered throughout the recovery process.

Jaclyn provides individualized nutrition counseling for adolescents and adults navigating anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, OSFED, chronic dieting, and body image concerns. She supports clients in rebuilding trust with their bodies, developing flexible eating patterns, and finding nourishment that aligns with their emotional and physical needs.

Her practice is grounded in the principles of Health at Every Size®, intuitive eating, and body acceptance. She offers inclusive care that affirms LGBTQ+ identities, supports neurodivergent clients, and integrates gender-affirming practices. Jaclyn is also deeply committed to increasing access to care and addressing the systemic barriers that impact underserved communities.

She collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams and believes recovery is not one-size-fits-all. Whether clients are just starting or recommitting to healing, Jaclyn meets them with respect, validation, and hope.
