JLH Nutrition Therapy offers individualized approaches to explore relationships with food, body, and movement. This is a space to break down the stigma surrounding food and build a more trusting relationship with your body’s personal needs to meet nutrition goals.

Jody is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and began her dietetics career working in mental health and addiction treatment centers. Formerly a professional dancer, Jody found her way to nutrition after several injuries. She shifted her focus to supporting the longevity and performance potential of dancers to give back to her community. She firmly believes in a food inclusive and food first philosophy.
