I am a registered dietitian of Enhance Nutrition Associates working in Raleigh, North Carolina. I also see some clients through Mid Peninsula Eating Disorder Clinic in Sunol, California.
My nutrition philosophy involves a holistic approach to health: no one person is the same, everyone's nutritional needs are unique to them. I educate through intuitive eating's 10 principles and Health at Every Size. As an anti-diet dietitian, I love supporting my clients in finding peace with food and developing trust in their bodies' again.
