Hi! I’m Kathleen Meehan (she/her), and I’m a weight-inclusive, fat-positive dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor passionate about satisfying foods and respectful care for all bodies.  I believe pleasure and permission are essential to well-being, and that everyone deserves a peaceful relationship with food and their body. I believe in self-compassion, curiosity, and the practice of boring self-care. Through non-judgmental exploration, curiosity, and critique of the harmful systems around us, our work can help you improve your relationship with food and body.
