Katie Hawkins MS, RDN, Nourish and Nurture Nutrition L.L.C

Katie Hawkins (she/her/hers) is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based in New Jersey and the founder of Nourish and Nurture Nutrition L.L.C. Katie specializes in providing medical nutrition therapy for individuals who have eating disorders or disordered eating and has several years experience working at both the PHP and IOP levels of care for ED treatment. We are also thrilled to support those who may not have a diagnosed eating disorder but feel unhappy with their current relationships with food and their bodies.

Katie is an anti- diet dietitian and practices with a weight-inclusive, Health At Every Size® approach. Katie cares about the lived experiences you have had as a human with a body living in the world. Katie will work with you to determine your recovery goals and take steps alongside you to support you in reaching them.
