Nourished with Kindness
Description
Nourished with Kindness is a group of weight-inclusive dietitians and eating disorder specialists. We apply Intuitive Eating to help clients get in touch with their hunger and fullness cues, honor their cravings and their bodies, learn to use nutrition knowledge to fit their lifestyles and medical conditions, and actually enjoy eating again (!!). We are aligned with the Health at Every Size® movement and are trauma-informed and gender-affirming.
We provide support in-person and via telehealth throughout California. We are in-network with multiple insurance plans and can also bill as out-of-network providers.
