Hello! I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics. I utilize a non-diet and weight-neutral approach to help clients make peace with their food and body and trust their internal cues. I operate from an all-foods-fit philosophy and incorporate principles of Intuitive Eating, mindful eating, and Health at Every Size in my work. I have experience working with eating disorders/disordered eating, sports nutrition, and medical nutrition therapy for many other health conditions.
I have worked in collegiate athletics as well as with elite and professional athletes supporting their nutrition needs. I have experience working at all levels of care (residential, PHP and IOP) for eating disorders. I am licensed in Oregon and Washington.
