Hi, I'm Courtney Vickery, MS, RD, LD, and I help amazing women who are ready to stop the roller coaster of dieting & obsession with an
anti-diet & weight-inclusive approach to nutrition.

My goal as a Dietitian Nutritionist is to empower my clients, so they can take control over their relationship with food. My role is to offer support, education, and guidance in an inclusive environment where nobody judges them for what they eat.

I offer 1:1 online nutrition counseling for chronic dieting, eating disorder recovery, and general intuitive eating-based nutrition. I also offer other services such as nutrition consulting for speaking, writing, and workplace wellness programs. I also have a monthly body image healing group that meets virtually.
