Hope Hayes, MEd, RDN, LD, CEDS-C (she/her) Bio:
Hope Hayes, MEd, RDN, LD, CEDS-C (she/her), is an anti-diet dietitian dedicated to guiding individuals toward healing from eating disorders with compassion and expertise. As a clinical supervisor, she also empowers the next generation of dietitians specializing in eating disorders, shaping the field with her insight and care. Grounded in Health at Every Size principles, Hope fosters a safe, inclusive space where clients can rebuild their relationship with food, body image, and self. Her trauma-informed approach ensures that each individual feels supported on their journey to mental and physical well-being, free from weight stigma and diet culture. With a Master’s in Health Education and Promotion focused on eating disorders and advanced training as a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist Consultant, Hope blends knowledge with dedication. Whether in person in North Conway, NH, or virtually, she’s dedicated to helping individuals cultivate a healthier, more compassionate relationship with themselves and their connection to food.
