Courtney is a multi-passionate entrepreneur who brings heart, empathy, and a weight-inclusive lens to everything she creates.
As an anti-diet dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and eating disorder survivor, she spent years supporting clients through her private practice, Vickery Wellness. Along the way, she found herself helping fellow providers behind the scenes—building websites, refining their messaging, and making the tech side feel a little less overwhelming.
That’s when Declet Designs was born: a website and branding studio that supports weight-inclusive business owners in showing up online with confidence and clarity.
Courtney holds bachelor’s degrees in both Political Science and Dietetics, and a Master’s in Foods & Nutrition from the University of Georgia. Her career has woven through clinical nutrition, group fitness, community health leadership, healthcare and corporate wellness administration. She also served as the Interim Director of the Dietetic Internship at UGA.
She lives in Georgia with her high school sweetheart-turned-husband of over 15 years, their two awesome kids, a sweet rescue pup named Oliver, and two cats, Finn and Callie, who think they’re in charge.
