I’m Dr. Sarah Kopencey, licensed clinical psychologist in Oregon and Connecticut. I provide individual and family psychotherapy for eating disorders, OCD, anxiety and depression. I work from a compassionate, weight inclusive approach informed by HAES and Body Trust principals. I am also a Be Body Positive licensed facilitator and I run adolescent and young adult groups as they fill.
