I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) offering an integrative, trauma-informed approach to healing your relationship with food and your body. My work is grounded in a Health at Every Size® (HAES) and anti-diet framework, supporting you in building body trust, reconnecting with your internal cues, and moving away from shame-based patterns around eating and self-worth.

I specialize in helping individuals heal from disordered eating, chronic dieting, and body image concerns while also addressing the deeper, underlying issues that often drive these struggles. Together, we explore the emotional, relational, and nervous system roots of your experiences, so change feels sustainable, not forced.

My therapeutic approach weaves together Internal Family Systems (IFS/parts work), EMDR (as an EMDRIA-trained therapist), and attachment-based, trauma-informed care. This allows us to gently process past experiences, build internal safety, and strengthen your sense of self.

My goal is to help you cultivate confidence, self-compassion, and a more peaceful, trusting relationship with both your body and your inner world.
