Ember Dietetics
Description
I am a registered dietitian specializing in eating disorders with a size, gender, and culture-inclusive perspective. Food is so much more than nourishment. Food is a part of the memories that we create, a culture that we nourish, emotions that we process, and a life that we should enjoy. I want to help you build a strong and beneficial relationship with food and your body.
Culture is a huge part of my philosophy with nutrition and I want to help my patients feel as though they can enjoy and include all of their cultural foods into their daily lives.
