I aim to create a safe space and use a health at every size approach. There is always room to include foods that nourish your mind and body. I will help you find opportunities to sustain you throughout your daily life and any changes that may come with that. I will take your goals and setbacks with an open mind and continue providing you with the tools you need to overcome obstacles. What I most enjoy about my role is providing nutrition education and counseling to clients to ensure they are adequately prepared to start their nutrition journey.  No matter where you are in your journey, I will support you with whatever you need. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming.
