Individualized Nutrition LLC

Individualized Nutrition offers nutrition counseling and skill-building services to help individuals to achieve their nutritional goals related to food, health, and/or their relationships with their bodies. The practice promotes positive relationships with all foods and bodies and specializes in helping children, adolescents, and adults with eating disorders, disordered eating, emotional or binge eating, chronic dieteting, picky eating, and uncomfortable relationships with food or body image. Individualized Nutrition also serves clients with other medical nutrition-related concerns, including ADHD, allergies, MCAS, EDS, POTS, autoimmune diseases, gastrointestinal conditions, diabetes, and cancer. Individualized Nutrition is a weight-inclusive practice using principles and Health at Every Size and can incorporate Intuitive Eating principles as desired. The practice welcomes individuals of all sizes, genders, races, and other identities and treats through a trauma-informed approach, empowering clients and guiding and supporting them in areas where they want to learn or make changes.
