Whether you’ve been diagnosed with an eating disorder, think you have an eating disorder, are struggling with disordered eating habits, or are so tired of worrying about food – I would be honoured to work alongside you as you discover what it means to nourish your body and build a more peaceful relationship with food.
My approach is deeply personal, and rooted in each individual’s unique journey. I am passionate about helping women realize the good gift of food and learn to nourish their bodies, regardless of their starting place. As a Christian, I am happy to provide a faith-based nutrition counselling approach for clients who value this.
