Hi! I’m Lucy (she/her/hers). I am a non-diet, weight-inclusive Registered Dietitian based in Portland, OR by way of Brooklyn, NY. I specialize in eating disorders and disordered eating, and am passionate about helping people find peace in their relationship with food and body. I counsel from a client-centered, trauma-informed, and compassion-forward approach to help clients work towards recovery and food freedom. I am a firm believer in thinking beyond physical health when it comes to nutrition, and making space to experience the way food provides nourishment through joy, community, exploration, comfort, culture, and love. Everybody is deserving of a happy and peaceful relationship with food and their body, and I am honored to create the space to explore what that means for you.
