I am a licensed psychologist and certified eating disorder specialist- consultant with over 20 years of experience.  I  work with individuals and families (adolescents and adults) to help them live the life they want in accordance to their values without constantly being interrupted by food noise or negative body image.  Strong believer in HAES and acceptance of all bodies.  I want you to get to know the part of yourself that is trying to protect you through eating disorder behaviors and help that part to develop a new role to keep you safe.
