  • Guide clients through the diagnostic process for missing or irregular cycles, including when to refer to other healthcare professionals.
  • Assess client history to identify underlying factors and determine appropriate nutrition and recovery strategies.

Explore the key factors that influence menstrual recovery, including energy availability, exercise, and stress. This session translates the science into actionable, evidence-based strategies you can confidently tailor to your clients’ individual needs.

Learning Objectives:

  • Explain the evidence behind common supplement and nutrition recommendations for menstrual recovery.
  • Prepare clients for the typical timeline, challenges, and emotional aspects of the recovery process.
  • Describe how missing cycles relate to other health conditions and when to recommend further medical evaluation or referral.

Learning Objectives:

  • Explain the hormonal network that regulates the menstrual cycle and ovulation.
  • Teach clients how to track ovulation and menstrual patterns effectively.
