February 5, 2026 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am PST

This webinar will provide eating disorder-informed nutrition counseling strategies to guide clinicians working with clients who have blood sugar concerns (diabetes, pre-diabetes, GDM, family history). We will review the science behind DM and Intuitive Eating, and how to help clients manage BG without dieting or restricting by taking an additive approach.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Understand the root causes of diabetes.
  2. Describe at least 3 non-nutrition-related ways that blood glucose management may be improved in someone with diabetes or pre-diabetes.
  3. Name at least one evidence-based dietary supplement that may be appropriate for some people with blood sugar concerns.
  4. Be able to apply the principles of intuitive eating in the context of diabetes.
