November 5 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am PST

We’ll explore practical strategies for getting your nutrition and movement needs met even when life is packed, travel is constant, and time feels limited. Participants will leave with a framework for staying grounded and energized on the go — so you can keep showing up at your best no matter where life takes you without sacrificing your well-being to do it.

Learning Objectives:

Following this presentation, participants will be able to:

  1. Identify practical and sustainable nutrition and movement strategies that support energy and focus while traveling.
  2. Understand how frameworks, including but not limited to: intuitive eating, mindfulness, and internal family systems can support well-being while traveling.
  3. Recognize the connection between consistent fueling, movement, and burnout prevention and leave with actionable tools to sustain high performance without sacrificing well-being
  4. Build personalized strategies that fit into real life on the go, using simple, flexible approaches that maintain physical and mental well-being even when routine goes out the window.

Level B: Skills and Application
