Description
Let’s talk about food, freedom, and finding what works for you.
I am a Registered Dietitian and nutritionist based in South Carolina, with licensure in Florida, Tennessee, and South Carolina. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, and medical nutrition therapy through a virtual, weight-inclusive, non-diet approach. My work is grounded in intuitive eating principles and motivational interviewing, with a focus on food neutrality and cultivating a peaceful, sustainable relationship with food. I believe in meeting each person where they are, creating a supportive space where all foods can fit, and working together to build a path toward healing and nourishment.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from the University of West Florida, a Bachelor’s in Dietetics, and a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition—both from Florida State University. This unique blend of communication and clinical training allows me to bring empathy, evidence-based care, and collaboration into every session.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my two Australian Shepherds and finding joy in the outdoors—whether I’m riding my motorcycle, reading a new book, or exploring local artisan markets on the weekends. Ice cream is my favorite food (so much so that I have it tattooed on my arm!), and I’m deeply committed to helping others see that food can be more than just nourishment—it can be connection, culture, and joy.
