I am a fat-positive, Health at Every Size (HAES)® aligned dietitian (although I prefer the title nutrition therapist). I employ a warm, empathetic approach in session, which is often also infused with some humor, when appropriate. I seek to create a space where all bodies feel safe, seen, heard and held. In addition to being a member of EDRD Pro, I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and a Certified Body Trust(R) Provider. I see folks locally as well as virtually.
